Health and Safety : Female-Only Studio Policy

The health and safety of our members, staff and visitors is a main priority. 

Our studio operates as a female-only space to prioritise the safety, comfort and well-being of our members. As a female owned business, we are committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where women can focus on their fitness journey with confidence. This policy aligns with Australian law, which allows for single-sex facilities when they serve a legitimate purpose, such as ensuring privacy, safety and inclusivity for women. We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining a space that empowers women to train comfortably and confidently.

GLOW Pilates will make every possible effort to ensure classes are delivered as published, however there may be rare occasions due to extenuating circumstances that a class doesn’t go ahead as planned. GLOW Pilates will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or any third party for any late or cancelled classes or sessions, including classes and sessions cancelled due to public holidays or other reasons.

GLOW Pilates stipulates no late entry to classes is permitted. Please ensure you arrive ahead of the scheduled class time to avoid disappointment in non-participation.

GLOW Pilates values work, life and family balance and does not operate in standard WA school holiday periods.

GLOW Pilates Instructors reserve the right to refuse entry. Policy outlined below.

GLOW Pilates reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.

GLOW Pilates does not take any responsibility for personal items brought into or left at its premises.

Membership, Class booking & Cancellation T's & C's.

To ensure you can attend your preferred classes you must pre-book using the online booking system on our website or App. This is required to ensure we have enough space available for each class. Alternatively, you may attend the studio prior to the start time of any fully booked class and join that class subject to availability. 

To book into a class you must either have an active membership, Intro offer or FlexiPlan at the time of booking. 

Payment must be made at the time of booking. 

Classes can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance via our booking website or App. 

Selected memberships entitle the member only, to use the stipulated classes listed in the membership. Our Memberships offer a range of class options. Visit the website or explore the memberships in our App. 

Class Cancellation Policy 

Payment must be made at the time of booking. If you have booked in to a class wish to cancel your attendance, without penalty, you must remove yourself from the class using our App, 12 hrs prior to the scheduled commencement time for the class ("Early Cancel"). 

We will not accept cancellations by phone, email or any other method other than by using the App. 

If you need to cancel a class, the following fee structure will apply:

·       ​Early Cancel ($0): Early cancellation allows members to cancel a class with 12hrs notice. Members must log into the GloFox App and cancel the booking 12 hrs before the commencement of the class. When an early cancellation is made, a class credit will be issued, allowing you to re-book at a more convenient time. This policy provides flexibility while ensuring fair access to class spots for all members. 

·       Late Cancel (forfeit class): Any class cancellations made inside the 12-hour early cancel window will be considered a late cancellation, resulting in a forfeited class. No credits or refunds will be issued for missed or late-cancelled session. This policy is designed to help keep our members accountable and motivated in their practice, ensuring that everyone remains committed to their fitness goals. Additionally, this policy aligns with the standards set by neighbouring Pilates studios, maintaining fairness and consistency within our community. 

·       No-Show (forfeit class): Our "no-show" policy states that if a member fails to attend a scheduled class without cancelling, the class will be forfeited, and no credits or refunds will be issued. This policy encourages accountability and commitment, helping members stay motivated and consistent in their practice. Additionally, it ensures fairness by preventing unused spots from going to waste. Our approach aligns with the policies of neighbouring Pilates studios, maintaining industry standards and a balanced booking system for all members. 

·       Wait-List: If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist. Our to our 12-hour cancellation window, spots may become available. If a spot opens, you'll receive a notification confirming your booking. Waitlist movement can occur up to 1 hour before class. If you're unable to attend, decline and cancel the booking so your spot can be offered to the next member in line. Our online booking system will not move you from the waitlist if you do not have an active credit. 

Membership Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your Membership you must advise GLOW Pilates in writing via email. A $35 exit fee will be charged to the payment method on file and cancellations can be actioned immediately on receipt of the email or on a specified date.

Pricing Policy

All prices quoted for goods and services include GST, unless otherwise specified.

GLOW Pilates may, from time to time at its absolute discretion, vary its prices based on, amongst other things, any change in the cost of providing these goods and services to you by providing prior written notice. Any changes to the prices will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Memberships, Intro offers and FlexiPlans in payments are not refundable or transferable unless otherwise agreed by GLOW Pilates in writing.

Clients with an outstanding account balance: Please be aware that temporary suspension will be enforced for those accounts that have reoccurring outstanding balances. Failure to make payments due to expired credit card details or insufficient funds, will be suspended from booking classes for the period owing.

Hygiene

For the comfort of our members, our studio offers a disinfectant wipes stations. All members are to wipe down reformers, props and/or mats and adhere to our hygiene standards and health and safety policy. 

Accessibility

All members have access to toilet facilities, available just outside the studio, with a disabled-accessible toilet located 60m away inside the mall opposite Woolworths Supermarket.

Online Store Policy

Welcome to the GLOW Pilates Perth Online Store. By purchasing products from our online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Terms

• Our online store offers Pilates-related products, including apparel and accessories.

• All prices are listed in AUD $ and are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are processed securely through our payment gateway providers.

• We accept debit card or credit card.

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

• You will receive an order confirmation via email upon successful payment.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.

• Certain items such as gift cards, and personalized products, are non-refundable.

• To initiate a return, contact us with your order details.

4. Product Availability & Accuracy

• We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, colour and availability, but errors may occur.

• If a product is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide a refund or alternative option.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

• By purchasing and using any of our products, you agree that GLOW Pilates Perth is not responsible for any injuries, illness, damages, or losses resulting from misuse.

6. Privacy & Security

• Your personal and payment information is handled securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required for order processing.
